We are a local pest control service based in Franklin, TN. We serve Williamson County, TN exclusively in order to deliver a reliable and high of quality service. We serve all cities in the county which includes: Franklin, Brentwood, College Grove, Thompsons Station, Arrington, Nolensville, and Fairview. Father and son, Jeff Pair & Joseph Pair started the business together in 2021. Together they have over 30 years of experience in the pest control industry.

Jeff Pair

Jeff Pair has over 25 years of experience in pest control. He has worked in all areas of the business for himself and for national companies. He has worked as a technician, salesman, service manager, branch manager, owner and consultant over his many years of experience in the field.

He has lived in Williamson County for over 35 years. He resides in Franklin, TN. His favorite activities are walking in local parks and heading to the mountains of East Tennessee to hike whenever he gets the chance.

Service Manager

Joseph Pair

Joseph Pair is licensed in Structural Pest Control and Wood Destroying Organisms. In addition, to learning under his father, Joseph has worked for a national pest control company as a Pest Technician, Termite Technician and Service Supervisor.

He has lived in Williamson County most his life. He now lives in Franklin, TN with his wife Brooke and dog Winston. He enjoys trout fishing, poker, running and playing most any sport.
